Softball is a sport that is played by women.
It is generally the same as baseball but there is a larger ball involved and some of the rules are slightly different.
Women play softball and men play baseball.
Even with the slight differences between softball and baseball, women train and prepare for their sport in the same way men do.
In Downers Grove, IL there is a softball league available for young women. The team is called the DG Outlaws.
The age range for this team starts at 10 years of age and goes all the way up to 18 years of age.
The DG Outlaws play very competitive softball. The athletes that are involved are very dedicated to their sport and spend large amounts of time preparing themselves for when they are playing.

Ten years of trial and error went into the training programs used at Core 1, Inc.
The trainers feel they have the best techniques available and they use these techniques on all of the athletes that come to them for help.
The same is true for the DG Outlaws that turn to Core 1, Inc. for help. A custom plan is created for each athlete that comes in and this custom plan works to improve the skills of each athlete.
DG Outlaws are a softball team to players of a younger age.
Even though their age is young, it does not mean that their skills and their abilities are lacking.
These girls are serious and are very dedicated to their sport.
