Serious young athletes with a desire to excel should explore customized athletic training programs to allow their innate talents to be expressed on the field.

As the body begins to go through muscoskeletal growth phases around grades 7 and 8, a football-specific training regimen can start to condition the athlete’s cardiovascular system and overall strength, agility, and flexibility. Instilling the proper diet, training, and exercises while young provides a strong foundation moving forward into varsity athletics, and instills the work ethic and the care for the body that is of utmost importance for performance on the field and injury prevention.

A customized football training program is a must-have for the serious young athlete.

If young athletes want to run faster, get stronger, move quicker on the footbal field then a well structured program is an absolute must.

Cookie cutter programs just are not enough nowadays.

Learning how to play the game is what the Bill George Youth Football League is all about.

Excelling at the game is what we are all about.
